Questions
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your membership runs to the end of the period you paid for. After that you can't download new files from the membership. You can keep printing files you already downloaded for yourself, and anything you bought separately stays yours.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes. Upgrades apply right away and you pay only the difference. Downgrades start at your next renewal.
- Is the Extended license included?
- No. Extended covers print farms and production runs, so it's bought per model.
- Do I keep the files I download?
- Yes. You can keep printing them for yourself after your membership ends. Selling prints needs an active Commercial membership or a Commercial or Extended license bought for that model.
- Are any models left out?
- A few models aren't part of membership. Their product page doesn't show a membership tag.
